几种低粘度固定液熔凝硅石毛细管柱的制备

【摘要】 氯化钠沉积粗糙化方法可以用来对熔凝硅石毛细管注的内壁进行修饰。用这种预处理的空柱可以明显提高对OV-101,OV-17,Superox-20M和OV-225几种常用的低粘度商品固定液的涂渍成功率。对制备好的几种柱子的放置稳定性进行了观察。

【Abstract】 It is found unexpectedly that the inner surface of fused silica capillary column can also be roughened by passing through it a solution of sodium chloride suspension, which is prepared by adding a saturated methanolic solution of sodium chloride to trichloromethane. Several commercially available oily and liquid stationary phases of low molecular weight and viscosity, such as OV-101, OV-17, Superox-20M and OV-225, which are difficult to be coated on the unroughened columns, can be easily coated dynamically onto the surface roughened columns with a high rate of success. The stability of these columns on standing has also been discussed.
