聚乙二醇-20M丙烯酸酯交联玻璃毛细管柱的制备
Polyethylene Glycol 20M Acrylate as a New Stationary Phase for the Preparation of Immobilized Glass Capillary Column
【摘要】 聚乙二醇-20M可以用丙烯酰氯酯化,从而在固定液分子的端基中引入烯烃双键。制备的酯的二氯甲烷溶液,混入相当于酯量的0.5~1%的偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)用来对玻璃毛细管柱进行动态涂渍。毛细管内壁预先用氯化钠沉积法粗糙化。涂渍好的柱在100℃加热1.5~2h进行交联。改性并交联的PEG-20M柱的性能用色谱方法进行了评价并对此种柱与一般非交联的PEG-20M柱的极性作了比较。
【Abstract】 The terminal hydroxyl groups of PEG-20M were esterified with acryloyl chloride with the result of introducing vinylic groups into the stationary phase molecule. The methylene chloride solution of the ester thus obtained, with the addition of 0.1-1% of its amount of azoisobutylnitrile (AIBN) was used for the dynamic coating of glass capillary columns. The inner surface of the column was previously roughened by the deposition of sodium chloride particles. The column was then crosslinked by heating at 100℃ for 1.5-2 hrs. The performance of the modified and immobilized PEG 20M columns were evaluated chromatographically and their polarities were compared with the ordinary non-cross linked PEG-20M column.
