铁酸盐催化剂内扩散影响的研究
Study on the Effect of Internal Diffusion of Ferrite Catalyst
【摘要】 干内循环无梯度反应器中,测定了不同温度下,用于丁烯氧化脱氢制丁二烯反应的柱状及环状铁酸盐催化剂内扩散有效因子。试验结果表明:工业用柱状催化剂内扩散影响显著,高温下(≥400℃)则为内扩散控制;催化剂颗粒形状改变对其内扩散有效因子有较大影响。采用近似公式对该催化剂内扩散有效因子进行了计算,计算结果与试验结果能较好地吻合。
【Abstract】 Effective factor of the internal diffusion of ferrite catalyst used toconvert butene into butadiene through oxidative dehydrogenation hasbeen determined. The tests are carried out within the temperature rangeof 320~400℃ in an internal circulation reactor. The results show thatthe effect of internal diffusion of the cylindrical cathlyst used inindustrial production is remarkable and the reaction is controlled byinternal diffusion solely when the temperature is above 400℃. Changingthe shape of the catalyst may change its effective factor notably. The effective factor of internal diffusion has also been calculatedwith approximate formula. The results obtained from calculation andexperiments agree well with each other.
