恒温霍尔元件的测磁标定及数据拟合
CALIBRATION OF THE TEMPERATURE -STABILIZED HALL ELEMENT FOR MAGNETIC FIELD MEASUREMENT AND DATA FITTING
【摘要】 利用核磁共振仪对恒温霍尔元件在磁场为0.7~2.1T范围内进行了标定.为了使拟合公式也能应用到0.7T以下的范围,提出了一种解决问题的方法.其主要点是:(1)同时在正负磁场(±0.7~±2.1T)下进行标定.(2)磁场作为霍尔电压的函数B(H)可以看作是一个对称函数B~S和一个反对称函数B~A的叠加,(3)用直尺和坐标纸对B~S和B~A公式化.最后得到一个对正负磁场区都适合的拟合公式,标定区的计算值与实验值的最大偏差小于0.025%,在应用到磁场为0.7T以下时也具有较小的误差.高于0.15T误差小于0.1%.
【Abstract】 A temperature-stabilized Hall element is calibrated with the NMR meter in the magnetic field range of 0.7~2.lT . In order to make the fitting formula also applicable in the region below 0.7T, a method of procession is presented. The essences are: (1 ) Calibration at both positive and negative magnetic field regions ( 0.7 ~2.lT); ( 2 ) As a function of Hall voltage, the magnetic field B (H ) taken as the superposition of asymmetric function B~S and antisymmetric function B~A; ( 3 ) Formulation of B~S and B~A with linear ruler and scaled paper. The final formula is applicable within both positive and negative magnetic field regions. The maximam diver. gence between calculated values and experimental data is smaller than 0.0035% within the calibrated region. The formula has error below 0.7T.
