【摘要】 用光生物素标记牛传染性鼻气管炎病毒(Infectious bovine rhinotracheitisvirus,IBRV)9.6kb DNA片段做探针,可检测出10pg的IBRV DNA、1个TCID50的病毒和1～10个TCID50的实验感染牛精液。用核酸探针检测IBRV与分离病毒的符合率为84.4％。若将采集的样品在牛肾细胞上增毒一次,再抽提培养物的核酸,用核酸探针检测,则敏感性和符合率大为提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper we report tie result of detection in infectious bovine rhinotracheitis virus ( IBRV ) using photobiotin labelled nucleic acid probe. The result showed that 10pg of IBRY DNA, 1 TCID50 of virus aad 1-10 TCID50 of experimentally contaminated bovine semen can be detected by using photobiotin labelled IBRV 9.6kb DNA fragment as probe. A comparison of detection of IBRV between nucleic acid probe and virus isolation indicates 84.4% agreement.更多还原
