【Abstract】 Based on the scqueices of cloned duck hepatitis B virus ( DHBV ) genome, two predicted possible determinants of DHBV Pre-S antigen were synthesized ( P37-49, P63-79 ) . These peptides when reacted with rabbit anti-DHBs/Pre-S by radioimmunoprecipitation showed partial precipitation with P37-49. P37-49 was cross-linked to bovine serum albumin for the preparation of antiserum. By Western blotting this antiserum reacted with a 35 kD peptide of purified DHBs/Pre S+S,which is recognized as containing the Pre-S of DHBV. Therefore, peptide P37-49 is one of the determinants of DHBV Pre-S antigen.更多还原
