斜纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒基因组的物理图谱
A PHYSICAL MAP OF PRODENIA LITURS NUCLEAR POLYHEDROSIS VIRUS GENOME
【摘要】 斜纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒DNA分别经BglⅡ、PstⅠ和HindⅢ完全酶解,得到16、12和7个片段.本文采用交叉杂交法构建了该病毒DNA环状基因组的BglⅡ、PstⅠ和HindⅢ物理图谱,并初步定出Bgl Ⅱ和PstⅠ位点在Hind Ⅲ图谱中的相对位置.
【Abstract】 The restriction endonudeases Bgl II, PstI and Hindi cleaved the Pro-denia liturs nuclear polyhedrosis virus-DNA into 16, 12 and 7 fragments, respectively. The restriction sites of the Bgl II , PstI and HindIII endonucleases were mapped using cross-blot hybridization of labelled fragments to Southern transfers of cleaved DNA fragments,the general location of Bgl I and PstI, relative to Hindi map was determined.
