【Abstract】 Estrogen Receptors (ER) were studied in 24 cases of breast carcinoma at ultrastructural level with the immunogold technique. ERs were mainly found in the euchromatins (17/24), on the nuclear membranes (10/24) and in the amorphous substances of the cytoplasms (18/24). No ERs were discovered in any of the nucleoli (0/24) of the breast cancer cells.更多还原
