【Abstract】 In order to do systematic research on iron metabolison of youth and further investigate the relationship between trace elements and enzymes, the concentration of serum i ron was determined by chrome azurol S colorimetry in 124 college students of medicine. The resules showed that the mean ( average ) conce ration of the male group way 22.48μmol/L , while that of the female was 20.64μmol (P>0.05). CV was associated with 22.5% and 25.5% respectively, indicating a remarkable individual difference in the concentration o f serum i ron .更多还原
