活性炭分离富集—桑色素荧光法测定天然水中痕量铍(摘要)
ACTIVATED CARBON CONCENTRATION AND SPECTROFLUORIMETRIC DETERMINATION OF TRACE AMOUNTS OF BERYLLIUM IN NATURAL WATERS
【摘要】 本文报道用活性炭吸附铬天菁铍络合物,以桑色素荧光法进行测定。方法可检测水中0.004μg/L铍。
【Abstract】 In a weakly alkaline medium and in the presence of TPB, beryllium in the form of beryllium-CAS complex, is concentrated through absorption of activated carbon. It is then eluted using a 2mol/I. hot hydrochloric acid solution and finally is determined by means of morin spectrofluorimetrically . The method is highly sensitive with a detection limit of 0.004μgBe/L and has been successfully applied to the determination of trace amounts of beryllium in various kinds of natural waters with satisfactory results.
