【Abstract】 In a weakly alkaline medium and in the presence of TPB, beryllium in the form of beryllium-CAS complex, is concentrated through absorption of activated carbon. It is then eluted using a 2mol/I. hot hydrochloric acid solution and finally is determined by means of morin spectrofluorimetrically . The method is highly sensitive with a detection limit of 0.004μgBe/L and has been successfully applied to the determination of trace amounts of beryllium in various kinds of natural waters with satisfactory results.更多还原
