【摘要】 本文以荷艾氏腹水癌小鼠为对象,研究卫矛科植物绿舒筋对癌细胞DNA合成影响。实验结果表明:中药绿舒筋注射液治疗后,明显抑制~3H-TdR掺入癌细胞的DNA,放射自显影像显示用药组S期细胞百分率明显减少,S期细胞核内银粒中位数也明显降低,显示此药液对癌细胞DNA合成有抑制效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the DNA syhthesis in ehrlich cancer cell nuclei affected by a Chinese tranditional drug, Euoony musmupiensis leoset rend, was studied Ehrlich ascites cancer cells were injected intraperitoneally to mice. 3H-thymidin incorppration into DNA of the cancer cells was determined by liquid scientillation counter, and the DNA synthesis in the cancer cells was studied by autoradiography. The results were as follows: after the injection of the drug (125g raw herb/kg/d), the incorporation of 3H-TdR into the DNA of the cancer cells was inhibited by 43 %. The percentage of the S phase cancer cells decreased markedly in the treated group, and the silver granules in the cancer cells nuclei decreased obviously. The data suggested that Euoony musmupi-ensis leoset rend could effectively inhibit the DNA synthesis of the cancer cells.更多还原
