启东县、青浦县鸭肝中O~6—甲基鸟嘌呤DNA甲基转移酶活力比较
THE ACTIVITY OF O~6-METHYLGUANINE DNA METHYLTRANSFERASE IN IVERS OF DUCKS FROM QI-DONG AND QING-PU
【摘要】 O~6—甲基鸟嘌呤DNA甲基转移酶(O~6—AT)厂是体内修复酶,特异性地修复O~6-烷基化鸟嘌吟,这一具有前致变性的结构,其值的高低在一定程度上可反映机体对某些亚硝胺类化合物的敏感性。本文报道了测定肝癌高发区江苏省启东县和肝癌相对低发区上海市青浦县二个地区鸭乙型肝炎病毒(DHBV)感染阳性与阴性的鸭肝中O~6—AT活性,结果显示启东鸭肝的O~6—AT酶活性明显低于青浦的。提示启东家鸭对亚硝胺类物质比较敏感。这可能和启东鸭肝癌的高发有关系。
【Abstract】 O6- methylguanine DNA methyltransferase(O 6-AT) is an enzymefor the repairment of the promutagenic structure, O 6- alky Iguanine, from alkylated DNA, therefore low activity of O 6-AT is involved in the predisposition of tissues to some nitros-amines and the development of cancer. The levels of O 6-AT in livers of ducks from Qi-dong, a high incidence area of liver cancer, and from Qing-pu, a relatively low incidence area were determined in, this study. The results showed that the activity of O 6-AT was higher in Qing-pu than in Qidong. It suggested that some nitrosamine in Qi-dong might be one of factors responsible for the higher incidence of ducks liver cancer., because these ducks were more sensitive to nitrosamine.
