【摘要】 本文对肝癌高发户及非肝癌户共58名成员进行淋巴细胞分裂周期动力学观察研究,结果表明肝癌成员的外周血淋巴细胞在黄曲霉毒素B₁（以下简称AFB₁）的作用影响下,细胞分裂周期和有丝分裂率比非肝癌户成员有显著减少。由于肝癌户成员对AFB₁存在遗传易感性,AFB₁抑制细胞DNA复制,细胞分裂延迟,细胞修复生长缓慢等致使机体免疫机制及免疫监视能力降低或缺失,此可能是肝癌发生的内在病因之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 58 members of the families with liver cancer (primary hepatocellular carcinoma) and non-liver cancer were studied on the cell cycle kinetics of the peripheral blood lymphocytes The results showed that the peripheral blood lymphocytes from the liver cancer family members under the influence of aflatoxin B1 had a lower mitosis rate as comparel to those trom control family members, and there was a significant difference between them (P<0.001-0.05).Since the lymphocytis of the members of liver cancer family had higher susceptibility to aflatoxin B1 so the ability of surveillance may be decreased. This factor may be one of the inner causes for the pathogenesis of the liver cancer.更多还原
