【摘要】 本文报告1987年4月至1989年6月用丙双吗啉治疗恶性淋巴瘤28例的近期疗效和毒性反应。全组病例均经病理证实,其中何杰金病5例,非何杰金淋巴瘤21例和皮肤淋巴瘤2例。治疗方案分单用组和联合用药组。联合用药方案为丙双吗啉、强的松和长春新碱。单用组有效率(CR+PR)68.7％。联合用药组有效率(CR+PR)83.3％。毒副反应主要是白细胞下降87.5％,食欲减退75％,疲乏43.7％,恶心25％和脱发12.5％。少数病人有短期轻度SGPT和BUN升高。更多还原

【Abstract】 I From April 1987 to June 1989,28 cases of malignant lymphoma were treated With Probimane. All the cases were histologically proved . Among them there were 5 cases of Hodgkin’s disease, 21 cases of non-Hodgkin lymphoma and 2 cases of skin lymphoma. Chemotherapy regimens included Probimane alone and combination chemotherapy consisting of Probimane, Vincristine and Prednisone. The response rate (CR+ PR) for Probimane group was 68.7%, for combination chemotherapy group was 83.3%. Side effects of Probimane were leucopenia (87.5%), loss of appettite (75%), tiredness (43.7%), nausea(25%), and alopecia (12.5%). A few patients had mild and transient elevation of SGPT and BUN.更多还原
