【摘要】 我科自1975年8月至1989年4月应用纤维食管镜检查了1800例食管、贲门部疾病患者,其中诊断食管癌、贲门癌703例,占39.06％,食管炎,贲门炎674例,占37.45％,其他疾患321例,占17.83％,其他102例正常。本文对食管炎、贲门炎的临床症状,内窥镜直视下局部改变,及炎症和癌肿的相互关系作了重点分析与讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 From August 1979 to April 1989, there were 1800 cases of cardioesophageal lesions examined by fibroesophagoscope, the diagnosis was made as carcinoma, inflamation, other pathological conditions, and, normal oppearence in 703 (39.06％), 674(37.45％), 321(17.83％), 102 patients respectively. The clinical symptoms, the logical endoscopic changes of cardioesophatitis and the relationship between the inflamation and the carcinoma were analyzed and discussed in detail.更多还原
