工艺参数对碳纤维抗张强度的影响
Effect of Processing Parameters on the Tensile Strength of Carbon Fibers
【摘要】 本文探讨了在碳纤维制备过程中,预氧化碳化工艺参数对碳纤维抗张强度的影响。实验结果表明,碳纤维的抗张强度随预氧化纤维鞘面积含量增加而提高,在一定速度范围内(4m/h26→m/h)随碳化速度的加快而提高。当预氧化和碳化工艺相匹配时,才能得到高抗张强度的碳纤维。
【Abstract】 The effect of processing parameters on the tensile strength of carbon fibers was studied in the formation of carbon fibers.The results show that the tensile strength of carbon fibers increases with increased sheath area (%) of final pre-oxidized fiber, and increases with higher carbonization rate of preoxidized libers in a carbonization rate region between 4m/h and 26m/h. When the processing parameters of pre-oxidation and those of carbonization match each other, higher tensile strength carbon fibers can be made.
