酚——芳烷基环氧玻璃钢的研制
DEVELOPMENT OF PHENOL-ARALKYL EPOXY RESIN GFRP
【摘要】 以环氧氯丙烷改性的酚—芳烷基树脂、4,4’—二氨基二苯砜、三氟化硼单乙胺和六亚甲基四胺为基料,用S—玻璃纤维增强制得玻璃钢。通过DSC曲线研究确定基料的配方,选定了玻璃钢的成型工艺。测试了层压板试件的力学性能。
【Abstract】 Based on the materials of the phenol-aralkyl resin modified with epoxy-chloropropane, 4,4’-diamino-diphenyl sulfone, boron trifluoride ethylamine and hexamethylene-tetramine, FRP reinforced with S-glass fibers was manufactured. The formulation of basic materials has been determined by DSC curve study, forming technique has been selected and mechanical properties of the laminated test pieces have been raised.
