【Abstract】 The responses of experimental animal to known and suspected human carcinogens were examined. The sensitivity of animal test for extrapolating human carcinogens is 0.894. The sensitivity of rodent carcinogenicity test is 0.879. The specificity of this extrapolation is unkown.The role of experimental data of animals in extrapolating human carcinogens is of great importance although there is the uncertainty for this extrapolation.更多还原
