紫露草四分体微核计算机图象分析

【摘要】 环境污染物紫露草(Tradescantia)四分体微核生物检测法是一种有效的测定污染物遗传毒性的短周期方法。该方法已被许多实验室和环境保护监测部门用来进行环境诱变剂的检测和现场污染监测之用。为了提高该方法的效率和精度,并使四分体微核计数过程标准化以减少主观误差,我们进行了交叉学科的联合攻关研究,成功地推出了一种紫露草四分体微核计算机图象分析处理系统。该系统使四分体微核计数和数据统计分析都能在计算机中同时进行,因而不仅降低了计数过程的主观误差,而且使工作效率明显提高。

【Abstract】 Tradescantia-micronuclei(Trad-MCN)bioassay is an efficient short term test for genotoxicity of pollutants. This technique has been adopted in detecting and in situ monitoring of environmental mutagens in many countries. In order to raise the efficiency and accuracy, and to standardize the MCN scoring process, an automated scoring and analysing system was developed based [on the principle of image analysis in computer science. This new facility is called Tradescantia-Micronuclei Image Computer-Analysis System. The hardware of this system is composed of a photo-micros cope attached with a video camera, US-368 computer for image analysis, data collection and processing. The software for this system is written in Fortran language and worked under FG-105 real time image processor. Comparing with the method of human eye-observing and hand-scoring, this system has the advantages of being non-bias in scoring process, automated and capable of minimizing the error of scores introduced by different observers. The scoring speed of the System was about 4 times as fast as that of human hand scoring, and the data can be processed and statistically analysed immediately after operation.
