【摘要】 观察40种左右中药的酒精提取物对黄曲霉毒素B₁（AFB₁）诱发TA98菌株回复突变作用的抑制效果,选出效果明显的（低剂量抑制率达60％以上,并呈一定的剂量效应关系）四种中药,即复方1号、复方2号、绞股兰及黄岑,测定其ED₅₀值,并比较了它们的抑制效果。按其作用的强弱,依次为复方2号、复方1号、绞股兰、黄岑。同时对这四种中药对9种常用诱变剂的抑制作用进行了观察。结果表明,对其中有的诱变剂虽有抑制效果但小于对AFB₁的效果,对直接诱变剂甲基亚硝基胍几乎无抑制效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The antimutagenicity of forty kinds of Chinese herbs against the mutagenic action of AFB1 was investigated by Ames test. The drugs with a inhibition rate greater than 60% at low concentration and a dose-response relationship were considered to be effective. It is found that mixture No 1, mixture No 2, Herbe-Gynostemmae and Radix-Scutellariae met the criteria. The antimutagenic effects of these drugs compared and their antimutagenicities against six mutagenic chemicals, B(a)p, MMS, 2AF, MNNG, 2, 7-AF and furanpropanamide were also assayed. The results show that mixture No 1 and mixture No 2 possess inhibition effects but with a lower efficiency than that against AFB1. These four drugs almost had no inhibitory effects on MNNG mutagenicity.更多还原
