稀土钙钡和低稀土孕育剂的研究
A Study on the Rear Earth-Calcium-BariumTnoculant and the Low Rear Earth Inoculant
【摘要】 考虑国内情况及北京内燃机总厂的生产条件,提出了生产发动机缸体缸盖等薄壁高强度灰铸铁件对孕育剂的要求.经试验后,认定稀土钙钡和低稀土是生产这些产品的高效长效孕育剂.应用正交试验,方差分析和系列对比试验,明确了RE、Ca和Ba的各自孕育作用和交互作用.研究表明,两种孕育剂具有同时提高铸件强度、硬度和减少白口倾向的作用;还有加入量少,抗衰退能力强,共晶团数恰当和在高碳当量铁水中仍有良好孕育们的特点.
【Abstract】 In this study, according to the state situations of China and the plant conditions of Beijing Intcrnai-Conbustion Engine Works, the rcpuircrncnts to the inoculants for manufacting the gray iron castings with thin wall and high strength such as engine block and head arc issued. It was proved that the rear earth calcium barium and the low rear earth arc the efficacious and lasting inoculants in making those castings. Mean while, the individual effects and interactions bcwcrc the both of inoculation elements for rear-earth, calcium, barium etc. arc made clear.The study shows that those two kinds of inoculants have the function of increasing the strength and hardness and reducing the tendency of dhillcd cast iron. A strong ability to resist declining and proper amount of cutcctic cells can be obtained by adding lcss inoculant. Moreover the inoculants have a good inoculation effect in high carbon cpuivalcnt base ircyuThose two kinds of inoculants have been used in batch production in many works. And a good technical economic benefit has been obtained.
