【Abstract】 From 1958-1986,there were 82 eyes has made enucleation in ourophthalmological department,65 eye balls had been taken pathologicsection examination.Among 65 cases,male 44 eases,female 21 cases.agefrom 3—79 old,27right eyes,38 left eyes.According to analysis andcontrast of clinical and pathology,we found 5 eyes of clinical mistaken(7.7%),7 eyes of malignant tumors(10.8%),clinical diagnosis incomp-lete right as pathological 31 eyes(47.7%),clinical diagnosis incomplete28 eyes(43.1%),pathological incomplete 1 eye(1.5%)and then foundmore cases of enucleation were secondary glaucoma absolute stage 28eyes(43.1%).Furthermore,we also study other causes of incompleteclinical diagnosis,clinical mi taken and miss diagnosis.Otherwise,wealso know why importance of pathological section examination afterenucleation.更多还原
