【摘要】 为满足我国的油脂加工工业对氢化催化剂的需求,改变对价格昂贵,供应不稳定的进口催化剂的依赖,作者研制成功了KD系列催化剂。经实验室规模催化剂制备研究,产品加氢性能与进口催化剂的对比测定,催化剂制备的放大试验,及放大样品按工业条件下的加氢性能同进口催化剂的对比测定,及加氢产品的成份分析,固体脂肪指数的测定,催化剂的重复使用性和过滤性试验,表明KD系列催化剂的各种性能,均达到工业生产的要求,与进口产品的水平相当,达到国外产品水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to meet the need of fat processing industry of our country for hydrogenated cutalysts and change the dependence on expensive and unstable in providing imported catalysts the author of the paper developed a set of catalysts, named KD. The manufacture and study of the catalysts in a labo-ratory, the determination of hydrogenation characteristics of the products and their comparision with those of imported c(?)talysts, enlargement test of catalyst manufacture, determination of hydrogenation characteristics of enlarged products made on production, scale and their comparison with those of imported catalysts, the component analysis of hydrogeanted products, the determination of indexes of fixed fats and tests on the repeated usage and the filtration of the catulysts, all this shows that the set of catalysts KD has all churateristics desired by industrial production and reaches the level of imported products.更多还原
