【Abstract】 Vincristine (VCR) was: coyalently bound to anti-isoferritin antibody. The effectof VCR-IgG conjugate to human hepatoma cell line (SMMC-7721) was investigated invitro. With concentration of 50 ng/m1,free VCR was more active than VCR-IgG whenassayed at short incubation times but after longer incubation the same maximal effectwas eventually obtained with both drugs. The cytostatio effect of free VCR and VCR-IgG on mice bearing aseites hepatoma (HepA) was studied. The average survival of thetherapeutic group was longer than that of the group given normal saline (P<0.05).Increased dose of VCR-IgG (850μg/kg) was well tolerated by the tumor-bearing micewhereas the free VCR led to high mortality due to its toxicity. The result showed thatthe cytostatic effect of VCR-IgG conjugate to hepatoma was better than that of freeVCR.更多还原
