【Abstract】 Old rats (25 months of age) were divided into control and experimental groups, and xperimental group was fed with a diet containing 1 % Qixuetong (a Chinese herb compound drug)for 100 day.RNA synthesis in nuclei of brain,liver, spleen and kidney of the drug-eating group were determined and found to be respectively about 16% ,51%, 38% and 47%,, It was higher than those of control group which was in same age but without Qixuetong diet. Meanwhile the mortality of the drug-eating group was 50%(12/24), and that of the control group was 25%(11/44). These results suggest that Qixuetong has some anti-aging effect.更多还原
