【Abstract】 The effect of Xin Fu Kang No. I on the coronary blood flow of the isolated guinea-nig heart and the effect of myocardial ischemia of rats induced by thepituitary was studies. The results of the xperiments indiceted that when itsoncentration was 1 : 4000 Xin Fa Kang No. I could markedly increase the coronary blood flow of the isolated guinea-pig heart without decreasing the force of myocardial contraction and the Heart rate.Xin Fu Kang No. I had marked the antagonistic effect on myocardal ischemia of the experimental rats. Protective effect of Xin Fu Kang No. I was directly observed in 27 rabbits with experimental myocardial infarction. Its characteristic was the decrease of the oxygen consumption in heart muscle .with significant difference between before and after the administration of the drug, and the test group and the control group.更多还原
