【摘要】 本文以红细胞为对象探讨了马桶花AB—2的抗氧化作用。用叔丁基过氧化物(butylhydnperoxide)为氧化剂使红细胞氧化,加马桶花AB—2后不仅可使红细胞膜脂质的氧化物减少,又可保护膜蛋白的巯基不致氧化聚合。马桶花AB—2可防止血红蛋白的自氧化及溶血,用电子自旋捕集法测羟自由基,结果说明马桶花AB—2可直接与羟自由基反应,可能是自由基的清除剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 IA AB-2 is an ingredient from Chinese herb Incarvillea Arguta Royle.It was used as a drug of hepatitis and inflammation for many years. In this paper we use red blood cells as the target to study its antioxidative action.when red blood cells were exposed to butyl-hydroperoxide, a hydroxyl free radical generator, in vitro, cell membrane lipids were oxidized to lipid peroxides and membrane proteins were polymerized. These reactions were inhibited by IA AB-2Red blood cells were hemolyzed after incubation 24 hrs in vitro, IA AB-2 could profect hemolysis and oxidation of oxyhemoglobin to methemoglobin.The result of electron spin resonance profile showed that IA AB-2 is a powerful scavenger of hydroxy free radical.
