石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法直接测定尿中铬
Determination of Chrome in Urine by Flameless Absorption Spectrophotometry
【摘要】 用百墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定作为评价生物体铬暴露的主要指标—尿铬。本法对尿样不经消化前处理,用2%硝酸对倍稀释后直接进样于石墨炉中进行分析测定的基础条件和铬在尿中的稳定性进行了研究。本法测定尿铬的进样量为20μl。检出限为0.5μg/L。回收率在99.0~103.7%。并对120份学生尿样进行了测定分析。
【Abstract】 Ouantitative analysis was carried out by using flameless atomic absorption spectrophotometry for chrome in urine, which is considered significant as a biological disposured index in chrome-elisposure. In the analysis, pretreatment of digestion is not needful. The injection of urine sample was composed of urine sample and 2 perceut nitric acid half and half. The basic condition tests and stabillity of chrome in urine have been done Injecltion of urine sample inte graphite tube was 20μl. In this methed, lower limit for quantitative analysis was o.5μg/l collection rate was 99.0-103.7%. and 120 pupils urine samples have been tested.
