【Abstract】 The experimental study in monkeys fed with abstract, a kind of evaporable and basophil matter with nitrogen, from grain of active endemic area was reported for the first time. Necrosis and proeiferation of cartilage in the hypertrophyc zone of the growth plate and the deep layer of articular cartilage were seen in the experimental. The lesions of the cartilage combined with roentgenelogic changes in these monkeys were considered similar to these in human Kaschin-Beck disease. The experiment gave a new clue to study of cause of Kaschin-Beck disease.更多还原
