色谱法测定鸡蛋中微量碘的研究
Study on Gas Chromatography Determination of Trace Amount of lodine in Egg
【摘要】 称取混匀的鸡蛋样品在碱性条件下,经600℃高温灰化,调至 pH 近中性(pH6~8),用硫酸酸化后加入重铬酸钾,氧化析出碘,碘与丁酮生成亲电性较强的3-碘-2-丁酮,环已烷提取,以气相色谱电子捕获鉴定器定量测定。本方法测定范围为2.5~1000μg/kg,回收率在92~101%。
【Abstract】 Weigh out the mix sample of egg under the basic condition,ash it at 600℃ and regulate PH near neutrility in the range from 6 to 8.Then acidify with stdfuric acid and add potassium dichromate.The sample wilt be oxidated and liberate iodine.The iodine is combined with butanone to produce 3-Ⅰ-2- butanone which has the high electrophilicity.The 3- 1-2-butanone is extracted with cyclohexane and qu- antitated by Gas chromatography ECD.This method can be used to determine iodine within the range of 2.5—1000 μg/Kg.The recovery ratio is about 92— 101%
