【摘要】 本文对2489名健康儿童及成人进行了乳糖发酵奈氏菌(NL)及脑膜炎双球菌(NM)的带菌调查。NL 的带菌率0～2岁组为78.72%。至成人组下降到4.17%,而 NM 的带菌率由0～2岁组的23.65%上升至成人的45.66%。共查出 NL 带菌者263例,平均带菌时间为2.09个月,最长可连续带菌9个月之久。其中带 NL 的166名儿童(占受检总数的78.3%)产生了抗 NMA 群的杀菌抗体,而正常儿童的抗 A 抗体阳性率仅为57.04%。由此设想可用 NL 作为抗 A 群脑膜炎双球菌感染的活菌苗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Surveys on carrier of N.meningitidis(NM)and N.lactamica(NL)were conducted in Jining City du- ring 1983 to 1985,in which 2489 people ewere exami- ned.The rate of NM carrier was 23.65% in 0—2 years group,45.66 % in adults.However,NL carrier in o—2 years and adults were 78.72% and 4.17% res- pectively.263 NL carriers were detected with 2.09 months of mean carried time,the longest one persist- ing for 9 months.78.3% of the NL carrier showed antibody against NM A group to be positive,in con- trast,57.04% of normal children were positive.The result suggest that children carried NL baize also ac- quired the immunity to NM A group.It is likely that NL may be used for preparing the vaccine agai- nst NM A group infection.更多还原
