【Abstract】 After the children of six-month to five-year old age group were vaccinated primarily with one dose (50ug) and two- dose (at three months interval of polysaccharide vaccine of group A Neisseria meningitidis, the serological results of three-year observation showed the level of the antibody on primary immunization rises one month later, and drops rapidly three months later. At that time, the level of the antibody rise after giving one dose more again. No matter wether one dose or two-dose primary immunization is given, the level of the antibody drops to the level before giving primary immunization one year later. But the level of the antibody would exceed several times after giving a booster dose and one year later, maitains the level of primory immunization one month later.更多还原
