【摘要】 为研究橡胶厂接触化学物质与女工生殖功能的关系,对316名橡胶女工及非接触组490名女工的自然流产,总异常生育(自然流产、死产、子女畸形)做了调查,获得自然流产率接触组为15.8％,而非接触组为7.4％,总异常生育率接触组为18.2％,而非接触组为7.5％,控制胎次,工龄做分层分析求得Mantel-Haenszel X~3值(前者9.02,后者14.85)p均小于0.01,说明接触组的自然流产率,总异常生育率显著高于非接触组。更多还原

【Abstract】 Spontaneous abortions and abnormal births among 316 rubber workers and 490 non-exposed workers were analyzed to investigate the possibility of an association between reproductive problems and rubber chemical exposures. The spontaneous aborsion rate of exposurers and nonexposurers were 15.8% and 7.4% respectively. The abnormal births rate of exposurers and nonexposurers were 18.2% and 7.5% respectively. After stratified analysis with pregnarcy cider and work experience, the Mantel Haenszel X~2 value about spontaneous abortion was 9.02, abnormal births was 14.85. (both p value<0.01) It is indicated that the spontaneous abortions and abnormal births of exposurers is greater significantly than nonexposurers.The abnormal bith rate of both-couple exposurers is most greater than those single-exposurers.更多还原
