几种川楝素提制品对菜青虫的生物活性

【摘要】 本文介绍了用几种不同川楝素含量的提制品对菜青虫室内生物测定及田间小区防治试验结果。未经重结晶纯化的川楝素粗制品及高回收率的新工艺川楝素制品对菜青虫(Pierisrapae L.)的生物活性均高出川楝素纯品,田间小区防治试验效果近于常用杀虫剂乙酰甲胺磷。生产川楝素的废母液制品也对试虫表现出较强的生物活性。证明楝树提取物中非川楝素成分对菜青虫也有一定的毒效或与川楝素存有协同、增效作用。故建议采用简便、易行、经济的新工艺方法提取含川楝素量为20—30%的粗制产品作为杀虫剂使用。文中还介绍了田间使用的配制方法,可防止药害、提高防效。另外,还采用了新的统计方法来评价这一毒效较为缓慢的植物性杀虫剂的生物活性。

【Abstract】 Bioassays with feeding and injecting and field control trials of theimported cabbage worm (Pieris rapae L.) with several kinds of china-berry bark extracts containing different quantities of toosendaninwere conducted in the laboratory.The results indicata that the crudeproducts of toosendanin had stronger bioactivity than the pure toosen-danin,even the discarded waste products containing 5.4% toosendaninshowed high effectiveness against the worm.This shows that the non-toosendanin constituents in the bark possess certain bioactivity or sy-nergistic effect with toosendanin,and suggest that in practice the cru-de products obtained from the bark of the chinaberry tree containing20-30% of toosendanin might be a more economic and effective botani-cal insecticide for controlling the imported cabbage worm and otherinsect pests.Preliminary method for applying the chinaberry barkproducts in the field and the method of evaluating the bioactivity aswell as expression of the index of crop protection are also given inthis paper.
