在切变流场中红细胞悬浮液电导率与切变率关系的研究

【摘要】 利用自行设计制造的电导法测量红细胞变形性的新型仪器,测量了红细胞在不同切应力下的静态与动态变形特性。所获得的信息量较核孔膜滤过法多,且重复性好。测量迅速,造价较低,所有结果均由微机系统自动给出。此外找出了血样电导率与红细胞变形性成指数函数关系的经验公式,这一结果与B.S.Bull等人研究纤维约束法与微吸管法所得到的切应力与红细胞变形成指数关系的结论一致。

【Abstract】 <ABSTRACT>A new instrument was deyeloped by the authors on the basis of elec -tric conductivity for measurement of red cell deformability. The methodprovides more imformation than the Nuclepore filter method with advan-tages of satisfactory producibility, time-saving performace and beingeconomical. All the results can be given by a micro-computer. The mod-els of different blood samples were tested, the obtained results analysedand demonstrated that the instrument is capable of measuring red cell de-fomability, Furthermore, an empirical formula of exponention has beenfound. The result is consisent with that obtained by D S Bull et al instudies on relationship between shear stress applied and red cell deform -ability with menbrane aspiration and folded cell traction tecniques.
