菜粉蝶颗粒体病毒京农801株生物学特性研究

【摘要】 PrGV“京农801株”,在24~26℃条件下,对4龄菜粉蝶幼虫的LC50为103·57颗粒体/毫升。颗粒体具整体抗原性,凝集反应出现肉眼可见的细小颗粒沉淀。试验表明:京农801株与毒力较低的分离株京农802株(LC50为104·92颗粒体/毫升)属同一血清型。血清型相同而毒力不同的现象颇似苏云金杆菌。PrGV与NPV间无交叉抗原性。颗粒体对高温有一定耐受力。

【Abstract】 This paper describes some biological, biophysical and biochemical properties of the JN801 strain of PrGV isolated from Beijing. The LC50 of the strain to the 4th instar larvae of P. rapae was determined as 103.67 capsules/ml under 24-26℃. The granuloses of the virus were of whole capsular ant.igenicity. Small granular precipitates visible to naked eyes appeared in the agglutination reaction. The JN801 strain was found to be the same serous type as other locally isolated PrGV strains whose virulence to P. rapae was different from that of JN801. The crossrcomplement fixation test showed that there was no cross-reaction antigenicity between PrGV and NPV. In a heat tqlerance test, the JN801 strain survived 75℃ for 50 min. or 81℃ for 37 min., and retained moderate pathogenicity.
