【Abstract】 As the first part of a series of reports, this .paper describes the bioassay procedures, methods of infection, and results of 5 bioassays. Larvae of P. rapae reared on artificial diets were infected with the Bt preparations by micro-drop topical application method, to determine the virulence of the bacterial insecticide. The bioassay could be completed in only 2 days, with 14.88% of standard deviation for the results. The method was found to be precise, easy to implement and statistically reliable.更多还原
