大U Hubbard模型的中性费米液描述
Neutral Fermi Liquid Description of Large U Hubbard Model
【摘要】 用Zou-Anderson 的 Spinor-holon 有效哈密顿量讨论大U Hubbard模型的反铁磁相与超导相。RPA计算表明在费米液区(δt》J),低温 Neel温度随掺杂增大而降低。用Gor′kov方程,我们也求出了反铁磁相及超导相的能隙方程。
【Abstract】 The antiferromagnetic and superconducting phase of Large U Hubbard modelhas been discussed by using the Zou-Anderson spinor-holon effective Hamiltonian. The RPA calculation shows that in Fermi liquid area (δt≥J) and at lowtemperature the Neel temperature decreases as dopping δ increases. The gapequations of antiferromgnetism and of supercond uctor are also given by solvingthe Gorkov equation.
