【Abstract】 80 cases of male infertility were cytogenetically studied.The types and incidences of chromosomal abnormalities were as follows: 1.47, XXY 13 rases (16.25%); 46, XY/47, XXY 8 cases (10%); 2. 45, XY, rob (21; 22) (pll; p11) 11 case (1.25%); 3. 40, XY/92, XXYY 4 cases (5%); 4. 46, XY/46, XYP- 2 cases (2.5%).The overall incidence of chromosomal abnormalities was 35%.
