【摘要】 本文用三种不同类型的抗角蛋白抗体和免疫酶标技术对各种常规石蜡包埋的皮肤肿瘤进行染色,结果显示三种抗角蛋白抗体（Cam5.2,AF₂和PK）均不染非上皮性肿瘤,对不同组织来源的上皮性肿瘤,其染色表现型式也各有差异。因此,在皮肤病理学的常规检查中,应用这三种抗角蛋白抗体,有助于诊断、鉴别诊断和对复杂的皮肤肿瘤进行分类更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports the use of three different types of anti-keratin antibodies and immuno-peroxidase technique in the staining of various skin tumors paraffin-embedded. The results showed that three types of anti-keratin antibodies (Cam5.2, AF2 and PK)didn’t stain none-pithelial tumors and,expressed their inherent different staining patterns for epithelial tumors derived f from different tissues.
