叉蕊皂甙的FABMS和MIKES研究

【摘要】 利用快原子轰击(FAB)和质量分析离子动能谱(MIKES)法对三个叉蕊皂甙的结构进行了分析,结果表明FAB谱可以给出分子量和特征碎片信息;根据MIKES谱可确定与皂甙元联接的糖基个数以及糖的连接顺序。

【Abstract】 Three steroidal saponinses, collettinside Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ, which were isolated from the rhizomes of Dioscorea collettii Hook. f., were studied by means of FAB-MIKES mass spectrometry. Their structures areas follows: 3-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1→4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-yamogenin[Ⅱ]; 3-O-{α-L-rhamnopyranosy] (1→4)-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1→2)]-β-D-glucopyranosyl} -yamogenin[Ⅲ]; 3-O-{β-D-glucopyranosyl (1→3)-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1→2)]-β-D-glucopyranosyl}-yamogenin[Ⅳ]. The molecular weight of the sample can be obtained in FAB spectra and the information of sequences of the sugar groups can be determinated with MIKES,
