【摘要】 珍珠鸡笼养,人工授精的受精率比自然交配受精率高。采用人工按摩方法采取精液,以PJJX—Ⅱ或液按1:2稀释,母鸡输精量为0.05ml,五天输精一次,平均受精率分别为83.96％和81.62％,鸡场大生产受精率为79.21％,盛产期为90.5％,最高达到95.4％,提高了公鸡利用率和降低成本,增加了生产和经济效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 A higher fertility rate of eggs can be obtained from the caged guinea fowls by artificial insemination than by natural mating. The process is that the semen of the cock is gathered through artificial massage and is then diluted with either PJJX - II solution or IIaBTRH solution to one part in two. The amount of semen that a hen receives is 0. 05 ml. The fertility rate securved on the mass-production fowl farm is 79. 21%. It reaches 90. 5% during the high laying season, its highest being 95. 4% .Since the cost is reduced by making full use of cocks, production can be improved and economic benifits acquired.更多还原
