【摘要】 <正> 人们早就发现,肿瘤组织并非仅由肿瘤细胞所组成。除支持肿瘤生长的血管和间质细胞外,还有相当数量的浸润淋巴细胞(TIL)。近2、3年,人们对TIL有了不少新的认识,但TIL的确切功能、活性调节、增殖特征等都还未完全明了,有关人肺癌TIL的研究更是少见。本工作的目的在于研究人肺癌TIL抗肿瘤活性的诱导、体外抗肿瘤的特性、体外实验性扩增及抗肿瘤活性的变动情况,探讨利用TIL进行临床抗肿瘤抗转移免疫过继疗法的可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Anti-tumor activity and in vitro expansion of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) from human lung carcinoma tissue were studied. The results showed that(1) a large amount of TIL could be isolated from the cancer tissue, approximately 1～5×10~8 TIL per gram of cancer tissue: (2) after 6～8day culturing with rIL-2, the TILshowed significant anti-tumor activity against allogenic lung tumor targets, cultured tumor cells from other origins and fresh solid tumor targets as well: (3) the frequency of LAK precursor in TIL was 5-fold high as one in PBL according to limitation di1ution method (4) The TIL had kept expanding and remaining cytotoxic to tumor target for about one month.The results suggested that the TIL might offer a therapeutical source of effectors at clinical trial and be more advantageous than typical LAK cells in the treatment of the can(?)er.更多还原
