敌敌畏实验室灭蚤试验

【摘要】 本文报告了用玻璃面药膜接触法,以实验室饲养的短跗鬃眼蚤为试验对象,测试了敌敌畏(DDVP)5个不同剂量的毒效。结果:含原液剂量为250μl/m2、165μl/m2,50μl/m2、25μl/m24个试验组,KT50分别为20′50″、37′31″、48′47″、74′42″。最低剂量组2.5μl/m2,90分钟击倒率为25%。24小时死亡率,最低剂量组为89.3%,其余皆为100%,可见对蚤的毒效较为理想。在除害灭病工作中,可应用DDVP灭蚤。

【Abstract】 Medical film-in-touch-with-glass method is used in the experiment of depulization with DDVP in the lab. The fleas (Ophthalmopsylla Kukuschkini)we used are being fed in our lab. The doses are derided into 5 groups: 250μl/m2, 165μl/m2, 50μl/m2, 25μl/m2. 2.5μl/m2. The obseration have lasted for 90 minutes, during which the mumber of knockdown fleas is written down every ten minutes.The experiment is done two more times. It is discovered that the KT50 (killing time of 50%)are respectively 25′50″, 37′31″, 48′47″, 74′42″. In the lowest dose group the rate of knockdown flea in 90 minutes is 25%, but the mortatity turns out to be 89.3% in 24 hour. In the rest groups the mortatity are all 100% in 24 hour.Since the results are relatively desirable, they can be refered to in the movement of depulizatiou with DDVP.
