【摘要】 本文参照1986年5月上海市区三个区家庭卫生服务调查资料中调查对象的医疗服务需要量,以及1986年上海市区人口数和2000年预测老年人口数,并假定影响医疗服务需要量的有关因素不变,估算了1985年并预测了2000年上海市区老年人口医疗服务需要量。结果表明:老年人医疗服务需要量。结果表明:老年人医疗服务需要量总人口医疗服务在需要量中的比例远大于老年人口数在总人数中的比例,以卧床天数占的比例最大,其次是陪护人日数。预计到2000年,老年人医疗服务需要量将上升约42％。更多还原

【Abstract】 The amount of medical service needs in the elderly in Shanghai urban areas in1985 and 2000 were estimated and predicted according to the data of Household HealthServey in three districts of Shanghai city in May 1986, population of Shanghaiestimated in 1985 and population of Shanghai in 2000 predicted, supposing that therelevant factors affecting the amount of medical service needs would not changeduring this period. The results showed that the proportion of the amount of medicalservice needs in the elderly to that of the total population accounted for a figuremuch higher than the proporation of number of the elderly to the total population inShanghai,especially the number of days of confining to beds and the number of daysof accompanying and nursing.
