【Abstract】 Comparison of the sensitivity of hepatic nuclei and chromatin to DNAase I inolder rats with that in the weaning rats, indicated that it was much less sensitiveto DNAase I in older rats. The difference between older rats and weaning rats wassignificant (P<0.002) in the hepatic nuclei and chromatin respectively. It wassuggested that the hepatic nuclei and the chromatin of older rats have only lesstranscriptionally active regions of DNA.更多还原
