【Abstract】 The structure and blood supplyof medial frontal flap were studiedon 40 adult cadavers.The vascularpedicle of the flap is composed ofsupratrochlear artery and vein.Theaverage length and diameter of supr-atrochlear artery are 7.6cm and 0.9mmrespectively,and the area of theflap is about 6.3×7.2cm.The surface projection of the artery is in a linelinking the point 1cm over innercanthus with the site 1cm over mid-point of the hair line.更多还原
