【摘要】 本文报告了我院1973年元月至1982年12月放射治疗晚期上颌窦癌105例,多数病人之肿瘤剂量为5000～6000拉得/5～6周之间。治疗结束时肿瘤体积显著缩小者38例,肉眼消失者33例,3年及5年生存率分别为29.1％及23.3％。说明对已失去根治性切除之晚期上颌窦癌患者,放射治疗不失为一最佳治疗手段。本文除对放射治疗方法及剂量加以讨论外,还报告了1例非常罕见的双侧上颌窦癌。更多还原

【Abstract】 One hundred and five cases of advanced carcinoma of maxillary sinus treated by irra-diation alone from January 1973 to December l982 are reported. Most of them were received5000-6000 rads in 5-6 weeks. At the end of treatment, the tumors markedly reduced in38 cases, disappeared in 33 cases. 3-year and 5-year survival rate were 29.1% and 23.3% respectively. It is suggested that radiotherapy is a most effective treat had methodfor those advanced cases whose tumors have lost the radical operative opportunity.The radio-therapy techniques and the optimal doses were discussed.A case of bilateralmaxillary sinus carcinoma was reported which was very rare in the past.更多还原
