【摘要】 本文对我院11年间收治的23例胃原发性恶性淋巴瘤的诊断、治疗和预后因素进行了分析探讨。本病的病史及体征无特殊性,术前诊断困难,本组术前确诊率为22％(5/23)。治疗方面主张采取以手术为主的化疗、放疗等多方法治疗,重点探讨了联合化疗的作用和地位。影响预后的主要因素为病期和治疗方法是否得当。更多还原

【Abstract】 Diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of 23 patients with primary gastric lymphoma treated at the Tumor Hospital of Harbin Medical University during the past eleven years are analysis in this paper.The preoperative diagnosis of primary gastric lymph-oma was difficult since no specific history and signs.The preoperative diagnosi srateof these 23 cases was 22 per cent (5/23). It is maintained for us to use multimode ltheraputic protocol consisted of surgical resection, chemotherapy and radiation thera-py and the effect of combinative chemotherapy is emphasized in the paper.
