【Abstract】 In this paper, on the basis of studying and testing Germany EQM-200 type electron beam furnace, we have successfully designed and manufactured the electron beam furnace 500kW.It is the biggest nation made furnace in melting infusible rare metal with high purity. Because of electron beam unsuitable nature in magnetic flood field,the electron track will be axially deviated, the capture ratio of electron has been increased. During the search and manufacture, we have found the best data of distance between heat cathode and beamforming electrode, and also the reasonable structure of cathode, so that the performance of the electron gun can be greatly improved.更多还原
